The Salvation Army hosts a weekend retreat for youth at their North Sydney campus. Focusing on providing a fun, relaxing and encouraging time for teenagers, activities are geared towards empowerment, leadership and personal growth. Most important is the mentorship the youth provide for each other, pulling traits from each individual and instilling into newly formed friends.
On Saturday, July 3rd, the formal exercises were put aside in favor of manicures and pampering for dinner and a night at the movies.
